Una Healy insists there's "no way" she would propose to her boyfriend.
The Saturdays singer is currently expecting her first child with rugby star Ben Foden and while she thinks they will get married one day, she is in no rush to walk down the aisle.
She said: "We're very happy with the baby news, but it's one step at a time.
"We'll get married eventually, but I want it to be special, not hurried.
"At the end of the day, it's up to the guys. There's no way I'd consider proposing. I'd get no satisfaction from asking him."
Una isn't worried about putting weight on during her pregnancy and will be in no hurry to shed the pounds after she gives birth next year.
She told the new issue of Closer magazine: "I haven't put on too much weight, but I do have a baby growing in there.
"I've never tried a diet. The thing is to eat healthily but treat yourself every so often.
"Protein diets give you stinky pee and bad breath. That's unsexy."

It's day three of our How Showbiz? special with The Saturdays, so it's time to see how mamma-to-be Una Healy scored on the scale of celebrity.
1. Who is the most famous person in your mobile?
I've got royalty – Zara Phillips. It's cool to think I have the Queen's granddaughter's number! She's my friend now, I didn't really know her before the wedding, but we've kept in touch since and we chat now and again. I met her through my boyfriend because her husband plays rugby with Ben (Foden, her boyfriend).
10/5. Royalty. In her phone.
2. What it the most bizarre thing you've ever read about yourself?
The most recent think that was bizarre and completely untrue is that we were going to take a break. We had to quickly clear it up and put on Twitter that we weren't. The poor fans were reading it and believing it and it started to escalate more and more. And then I got pregnant and they were all like 'it's definitely true'.
1/5. Not exactly shocking.
3. How much is too much for a haircut?
We have it done for us. I reckon Nicky (our hairdresser) would probably be the most expensive going. We all have a snip here and there. He's a celebrity hairdresser in his own right now. He does us and The Wanted.
3/5. We bet he does.
4. Katie Price – friend or foe?
I like her because she sent me her sunglasses. I wore them once and she tweeted me and asked if I wanted any more. I actually had a dream about her last night, which was weird. I don't know why? I don't remember what happened but I was chatting to her like I knew her, so she's my friend. I'd like to get to know her. I love Pete and they've got gorgeous children out of that relationship.
3/5. Pricey's friendship can be yours if you're willing to wear some of her tat.
5. What's the weirdest thing you've ever been sent by a fan?
I get loads of tea and teabags. Twinnings sent me a gift pack of all the different types of tea they have because they all know I love my tea.
1/5. Rock and roll!

The Saturdays know a thing or two about boys. Frankie Sandford, Mollie King, Una Healy and Rochelle Wiseman are all happily coupled up (with absolute fitties, it must be said,) and Vanessa White is the resident single gal.
And with their latest single titled 'My Heart Takes Over,' it seemed fitting that we ask them for a bit of guy advice.
1. You've met a guy and have swapped numbers. Who should text first, you or him?
The girls are adamant that it should be the man doing the work: "I know they say the woman should be empowered now," Una told us exclusively, "But it's chivalry! The men do like to pursue the women as well, so I think the man should get in touch."
Rochelle agreed, saying: "Women are empowered in a different way, you don't have to call first. That's the way of showing you're in control, because he's called you. And he wants you!"
2. So you've waited for him to get in touch and he's asked you on a date. What do you wear?
The girls told us you shouldn't dress up too much. Una said: "I've set Vanessa up on dates and she had a really good outfit once. It was skinny jeans, big heels, an Alexandra McQueen scarf, a vest and a blazer. It's so sexy and elegant but it's not trying too hard."
Vanessa agreed that this was a good option: "That's the signature first date outfit."

Una Healy's breasts have increased from a 34B cup size to a huge 34DD as her pregnancy has developed and she is hoping she will keep her boosted bust.
Una Healy is hoping her boobs stay the same size after her pregnancy.
The Saturdays singer - who is expecting a girl with her rugby player boyfriend Ben Foden - has found her 34B chest has increased to a DD cup size, and she is hoping her assets do not go down when she gives birth.
She said: "My boobs are massive. They've grown from a 34B to a DD. I'm not complaining. I just don't want them to go down afterwards."
The 30-year-old pop beauty isn't worried about fitting into her tour costumes when she goes on the road with her bandmates Rochelle Wiseman, Vanessa White, Frankie Sandford and Mollie King in December because their stylist is making her some special outfits to cope with her increased size.
She added to new! magazine: "Our stylist is creating some sexy Saturday-esque maternity wear!"
Una admitted Ben - who recently spent seven weeks in New Zealand representing England at the Rugby World Cup - is "fine" about her touring with her baby bump, and she thinks it's "healthy" for the pair's relationship if they are away from each other now and again.
The Irish singer explained: "He's fine. It's only three weeks. I think he'll get to come along to a few shows.
"I think it's healthy because you don't get used to being together all the time and it's so important to still see your friends and for them to do "guy" things. So then they're dying for us to come back and they appreciate us all the more."
